If the product was offered by us (not by other unauthorized sellers), we will be happy to offer a return or an exchange. Sometimes unauthorized sellers (drop shippers) may offer our products and we are not responsible for returns of purchases from these unauthorized sellers.
PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED VENDORS (including drop shippers)
We do not authorize drop shippers and we make our best efforts to remove their unauthorized listings from Marketplaces. However, removing them is not inside our control. We are not responsible for a return or an exchange of the products you purchased from drop-shippers. We advise that you always purchase from our website or authorized channels only.
